Data Security Policy of QRCodeDynamic
At QRCodeDynamic, we take data security very seriously and work diligently to ensure the integrity and safety of your data. Our team deploys multiple security measures on our PHP/MySQL project hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
We would like to share with you some of the important measures we have implemented:
1. Access Control with AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM):
We use AWS IAM to manage access to our AWS resources. We have strict policies and guidelines to create users, groups, and permissions that control access to our AWS resources. This ensures that only authorized personnel can access specific resources.
2. Data Encryption with Amazon RDS:
We use Amazon RDS encryption to protect your data at rest within the database. This includes automated backups, read replicas, and snapshots. This means that your data is safe even when itโs not in transit.
3. Isolated Environment with Virtual Private Cloud (VPC):
Our resources are hosted in an AWS Virtual Private Cloud, which provides a logically isolated section of the AWS Cloud. This enhances the security of your data as itโs kept separate from other resources in the AWS ecosystem.
4. Secure Data Transmission with SSL/TLS:
We have enabled SSL/TLS to encrypt the data during transmission. This ensures that any data moving between your systems and ours is always secure, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of your data.
5. Sensitive Data Management with AWS Parameter Store:
We use the AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store for sensitive data management. This secure, hierarchical storage system allows us to safely store and manage sensitive information such as database strings, license codes, and passwords.
We regularly review and update our security measures to ensure we stay ahead of potential threats and vulnerabilities. Our commitment is to keep your data safe and to continually enhance our security systems to align with industry best practices.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our data security practices.
